Singer Cathy Lemons has partnered with guitarist, harmonica whiz, vocalist, and all round blues eccentric, Stevie Gurr (of Dr. John and Elvin Bishop) to create a fabulous, raw and exciting new CD, “Black Crow” which has now been picked up by the national label Vizztone. "Black Crow," produced by Stevie Gurr, Kid Andersen, and Cathy Lemons at Greaseland Studios in San Jose,CA is "A woman's love rights for the new millennium"—a tough, sometimes funny, always moving story of Cathy’s life in song. The band combines both traditional blues, soul, and even funk with Cathy’s own originals.
