Veteran guitarist/singer and Delmark recording artist Rockin Johnny Burgin has played and recorded with many of Chicago's greatest traditional blues players. His highly acclaimed seventh CD, Neoprene Fedora, is a career highlight that showcases his best work as a guitarist and front-man. Aki Kumar, a bonafide blues harmonica star and vocalist in the vibrant San Francisco Bay blues scene, has made a big splash in the blues world with his ground-breaking record Aki Goes To Bollywood. Burgin and Kumar have a powerful and unique musical partnership, combining the most exciting elements of Chicago and West Coast blues. Their collaboration has resulted in a number of successful tours of the United States and Europe (Finland, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, France).
